going mobile

so this is going to be short and to the point (although i have many things to discuss). max (the computer) is out of commission today and so i'm updating on my phone..

after much waiting yesterday the fit tests finally came at 11. there was no way in hell i was going to workout when i was already in bed.  so i did them this morning. they're incorporating yoga into this challenge! i heart yoga.
anyway score time from the beginner video

squats: 25, 24, 25
press ups (on knees): 20, 18, 15
tricep dips (bent knees): 12, 15, 17
abs: 24, 24, 26


and,  new favourite brekky? oatmeal with raisins and PEANUTBUTTER!!!
its fucking delicious.
