Goal #1

Today I read an article on MSN about setting short term goals. Women tried doing one thing different everday for a month and it stuck. It seems a lot more logical to me than "I'm going to go to the gym every day for an hour." Just a simple little change in their every day life made big changes in the end. I need a change, things aren't as super as they could be. Every few days I will make a new goal. A little something to add or take away from my daily routine.

Goal #1
do 10 push ups and 20 crunches every day

Doesn't seem too hard. Takes two minutes of out my day. I can handle it. Who knows, it may lead to bigger improvements.
