anyway.
I've been sort of blogging about my workouts. Just typing them in word and keeping it in a file on my computer. Great idea right? Well, said my brain, I have a better idea. Make it public! That way if anyone reads it (I can pretend I have followers right?) I'm held accountable to them.
SO. Today I'll play catch up on my writings. (I'm only on day three, don't fret.)

Holy shit am I sore! It felt pretty good to say that I did over 300 squats yesterday though. I thought about not being able to do the workouts today. But I have to push though!!!!!! If I stop now what does that say about myself?
Its day three. Back to the 50/10 style. I just keep telling myself even if I only do three reps in the 50 seconds at least I did more than if I just stayed in bed right?
Sandbag (weight) Shoulder Lift and Drop: 10/19/20
Pushups and Jump: 9/17/19
10 High Knees and 10 Mountain Climbers: 2.5/2.7/2.8
Tuck Knees and Eplosive Star Jump: 24/22/24
Ab Bonus:
Star Abs: 25
Left Oblique Plank/Drop: 10
Right Oblique Plank/Drop: 10
So I did some modifications since the exercises were a little on the difficult side. For the first one I just did squats and brought my weight (a whole five pounds! j/k) over to alternating shoulders. The first round I did it with two squats in between and that didn’t work so well (also, I did over 300 squats yesterday, I wanted to stay away from them as much as possible). For the second exercise, I tried the first round. Hello hard. I haven’t seen you in a while. So for the second and third round I just did pushups. That in and of itself was hard enough. For the third exercise I did the full exercise, just with some modifications. Such as no jumps in between. I like to keep my feet on the ground. Also, my floor is really squeaky and old. A: I’m afraid I might fall through; B: I don’t really want to piss off the tenants downstairs. For the last exercise I just did squats with an overhead press.
I should also mention that I had to take a break between the second and third set. I guess that’s what I get for letting myself go and getting that out of shape.
I’m learning that these exercises are a lot more difficult than they look. But I’m hoping that if I continue to do them they’ll get easier. I’d like to get my lung capacity back to where it should be. Also, form is something I need to work on. I’m sure if someone was watching me they’d be laughing their asses off. So that’s why I do it in the comfort of my own home. Once I’m able to do the exercises correctly and for the entire amount of time then I’ll work on increasing those numbers.

Started this morning off on a really shitty note. But I’m not here to talk about that. Its Day 2 of the 30 day challenge. I watched the video last night. Let’s see how I do today.
300 Rep Challenge
Alternating hand swing
Shovel left and right
Clean and press left and right
TOTAL TIME: 24:27
Wow, I’m sweating, but my heart isn’t beating as hard as the fit test. I sure am feeling the fit test this morning. This work out hit the sides and legs pretty hard, hope I feel that tomorrow.

Today I was going to go running, but I found this website instead.
Chantel posted it on pinterest. She may be annoying, but she found this for me, haha. Today I am going to do the 30 Day challenge. I think I’ll just follow through until March when they have another one and I’ll start over. I’m a little nervous to see what my results are…. Haha. Today is the fit test. I have 50 seconds to do as many exercises as I can and then a 10 second rest. Wish me luck!
Squat Jumps: 29
Push Ups (knees): 20
Burpees: 11
High Knees: 90
Switch Lunges: 20
Tuck Jumps: 25 (10 jumps)
Tricep Dips: 15
Straight Abs: 21
Well, I made it through. Holy shit that was rough. I have GOT to quit smoking! If the fit test killed my lungs that bad I can only imagine the workouts.

Well, there ya go. I should probably start logging my food too. Just to get it out in the open. Maybe if people judge me for what I eat I'll eat less, haha!
